A missed workout

I didn't workout yesterday, and I feel guilty today. Arg. The kids just have been on some weird schedule lately, and they BOTH are working on molars so it's been cranky city over here. I will try and add 1 extra workout 2 different days next week to make up for it since the kids will be at their grandparents. Hopefully that will help. I'm starting week 6 on Monday so I'm so close to my 60 day goal, I don't want to mess this up!

I do need to go to the store and try and do some prep work in advance for foods, it's been to easy to just grab a veggie burger for lunch....I need less processed foods for sure. I'm going to do some more research on menu plans and start tracking my calories instead of guesstimating them, I think that will really jump start the weight loss.

I think I've finally decided that P90X will be my next workout! I've always admired the people who've accomplished that, so it would be an awesome personal goal to complete it. My husband was kind of talking about doing it with me, so I think it would be fun to have an accountability partner! At the end of April is when I'll be buying it, and maybe I can get a P90X challenge going!

  1. I would admire anyone doing the P90X. I would do it if I had someone to motivate me too. That would be great if C.M.R. would do it with you!
